My Name is Mario Daley. This is my 20th year teaching at Hamlin Charter Academy.

 

I have taught 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th grades.

 

I received a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts with a minor in music and a California multiple-subject Teaching credential from California State University Northridge.

I am so happy to be your child’s teacher! 

This year is going to be full of fun, learning, and growing. Your child will make new friends, learn lots of new skills, and make wonderful memories.

 

I absolutely love teaching! I have been teaching for 15 years, and this is my fourth year at Hamlin teaching 3rd grade. Previously, I have taught kindergarten, first and fifth grade. 

 

When I’m not teaching, I love to spend time with my family and our pets. I enjoy reading, swimming, cooking, doing Art, hiking and bike riding.

My name is Mrs. Pappas and I have been a teacher here at Hamlin since 2019. Before I became a teacher, I worked as a BII providing ABA therapy to children with Autism in the school and home setting for 5 years. During this time, I learned how these children have many challenges and when provided with the right supports, can learn and grow to overcome challenges. I absolutely love teaching students with special needs and learning how capable they truly are. In my spare time, I love going to concerts, hiking, trying new foods, and traveling.
